Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain gasoline stably and continuously, by spraying raw liquid methanol as fine droplets from spray apparatuses provided at specific positions to absorb the heat of the reaction in the gasoline synthesis with the latent heat of the evaporation of the raw liquid methanol and prevent the coke deposition on a catalyst.
CONSTITUTION: In a fluidized bed reaction apparatus for producing gasoline from raw liquid methanol, an outside wall 5 is provided at the outside of a side wall 6 around a fluidized bed 7, and spray apparatuses 11 for spraying the raw liquid methanol finely are provided above the space between the outside wall 5 of the fluidized bed 7 and the sidewall 6 of the fluidized bed 7. The raw liquid methanol is then sprayed from nozzles in the spray apparatuses 11 at the outside of the sidewall 6, preferably in fine droplets of particle diameter ≤50μ. A catalyst on which coke is deposited is partially taken out of an outlet 13, regenerated, fed from a supply port 12 and recycled for use.
EFFECT: A cooler for removing the heat of the reaction, and a preheating gasifier for the methanol is not necessary.
