Abstract
PURPOSE:To safely and effectively improve soft ground regardless of the amount of water in soil by using a container confined with a soil coagulant composed primarily of quick lime in such a way as to temporarily suppress its water permeability by means of a water-soluble adhesive. CONSTITUTION:Water-permeable sheets 3, 3', and 3'' of Kraft paper, etc., are doubled with the aid of adhesives 4 and 4' (e.g., starch paste, etc.) capable of being dissolved in water when being touched by water for a while to form a container 1.
