PURPOSE:To equalize the vulcanization rate of a molded part by a method wherein within the fixed range of temperatures of a die, vulcanization hours are changed every cycle during molding according to the change of temperatures of the die. CONSTITUTION:First, a molding condition is decided by a trial and error method, a standard for die temperature and vulcanization hour is fixed and standard temperatures and standard hours are prescribed to the temperature selection indicator 16 and the 2nd timer 20. After the completion of this prescription, molding is commenced. When a temperature of the die becomes higher than a prescribed range the 3rd timer 21 works and when it becomes lower than a prescribed temperature the die is heated for the long time by the 1st timer 19. The vulcanization hours are selected to be long or short according as the temperature of the die is high or low.
