PURPOSE:To obtain a TV picture photographic device where a TV picture is photographed well without the influence of the shutter speed, by projecting the TV video of a prescribed frame onto a video display device during full opening of the photographic shutter. CONSTITUTION:When a shutter of a camera 17 is opened, an analogue switch 22 of a monitor TV 16 is opened through interlocked switch 39, inverter 40, etc. When the shutter is opened to its full width and a switch 42 is closed, a pulse is generated from a pulse generator 43 at the shutter opening completion time to open an AND gate 35 through a monostable multivibrator 36, and a monostable multivibrator 37 is triggered by a pulse which indicates a time other than the vertical synchronizing time and is obtained through a vertical separating circuit 28 and an inverter 34. An analogue switch 25 is closed, and the TV picture signal of a prescribed frame such as one frame due to a solid image pickup element 14 and a signal processing unit 15 is displayed on a CRT 24 during full opening of the shutter, and thus, the TV video is photographed well to a film 48 of the camera 17 without the influence of the shutter speed.
