Abstract
PURPOSE: To easily obtain a container having a head part with excellent gas barrier property by spray coating a synthetic resin solution with high gas barrier property to the activated head part of a container main body in the laminated tubular container made of a synthetic resin.
CONSTITUTION: The main body 1 of the tubular container consists of a barrel part 2 with a laminated structure made of a synthetic resin utilizing an aluminum foil or the like and the head part 3 made of the synthetic resin integrally shaped to one end of said barrel part 2. To an inner surface 4 of the head part 3, surface treatment 5 such as corona discharge treatment or gas flame treatment is applied to activate the inner surface 4. Subsequently, an elongated spray nozzle 6 is inserted into the container main body 1 to spray coat a synthetic resin solution with high gas barrier property. Further, the formed coating is solidifed by baking and drying the same by using a heater 8 or the like to laminate and coat a coating layer 7. Thereby, the gas barrier property of the container main body can be sufficiently increased.
