Abstract
PURPOSE:To positively prevent the occurrence of a bridging phenomenon of a pulverulent material by providing the third spring feeder above the first and the second spring feeder. CONSTITUTION:When shafts 5, 9, 11 are driven to rotate, the pulverulent material is discharged through a feed pipe 6 by the first spring feeder 4, and a bridged part around the first spring feeder 4 is broken by the second spring feeder 8. An amount of the pulverulent material is fed toward a discharge port 3 by the first and second feeders 4, 8, another amount of the material is actually discharged through the feed pipe 6, and an amount of the material corresponding to the difference between the two amounts is moved upwards along a side wall 2a as indicated by an arrow B. Under the effect of the third spring feeder 10 to feed the material in the direction of an arrow A, the material is moved upwardly in the direction of an arrow C in a large amount, thereby positively preventing the occurrence of the bridging phenonmenon.
