CONSTITUTION:A switching gate for transmission and reception is formed with AND gates 7 and 8, and the switching is carried on between the transmission and reception by a speech sending switch 9. If it is supposed that the switch 9 is constantly opened, the OFF and ON levels are transmitted to the gates 7 and 8 respectively. Thus the gate 8 becomes effective, and the information of a subscriber line 4 of the packet network has the function only to the gate 8, a voice synthesizing circuit 5 and a telephone receiver 6 through a transmission/reception control circuit 3. When a speaker closes the switch 9, the ON and OFF levels are transmitted to the gates 7 and 8 respectively.
