Abstract

PURPOSE:To grind many angle type brooches for dental service, simultaneously and to obtain constant quality and low cost by chucking a number of raw materials for angle type brooch simultaneously and by pressing the raw materials to the outer periphery of a wide grinding stone with a forced block. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of raw materials for angle type brooch 11 are placed on the pressure applied surface and supported with raw material supporting members 22' and 23' provided with urethane foam or the like. The raw materials are pressed to the outer periphery of a grinding stone 6 at an angle in proportion to the slanging angle of a tool. A sliding member 14 is supported by a base plate 21 and is adjustable with adjusting screws 31 and 32. A pressure application sliding block 12 is installed to the sliding member 14 in such a way that the block 12 may slide. The lower surface of the block 12 has a configuration similar to the outer periphery of the grinding stone 6. The raw materials 11 are presssed to the outer periphery of the grinding stone by the weight of a spring 19 and the block 12. When a grinding work is finished for one surface, the raw material supporting members 22' and 23' are deviated from each other and the raw material 11 is rotated finishing the next surface.
