Abstract

PURPOSE:To cool a drive pump at all times by using a system in which the discharge side pipeline of a charging pump is connected to the upstream side pipeline of a low-pressure relief valve, and the downstream side pipeline of the low- pressure relief valve is connected through the casing of the drive pump to an oil tank. CONSTITUTION:Pressurized oil from a charging pump 2 is supplied to an oil- pressure pump 1 provided with a control valve 1a, and an oil-pressure motor 6 is turned by preessurized oil generated from the pump 1. In such an oil-pressure closed circuit, the discharge side pipeline 11 of the charging pump 2 is connected to the upstream side pipeline 12 of a low-pressure relief valve 7, and the downstream side pipeline 13 of the valve 7 is connected through the casing of the pump 1 to an oil tank 8. A check valve 3, a shuttle valve 4 for flushing oil inside oil inside the circuit, and a high-pressure relief valve 5 are provided between the forward pipe and return pipe of the oil-pressure motor 6, as in the conventional cases. Thus, the cooling of the oil-pressure pump 1 can be performed at all times regardless of the magnitude of loading.
