Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a device to possess a wide intermeshing surface, by a method wherein a rigid case surface is formed on one side of a case surface such that rigidity is provided at a center part and elasticity is provided at a peripheral part, and a laminar rigid substance is placed on the opposite side through the medium of a laminar viscous elastic substance. CONSTITUTION:Protrusions 12' and 12'', which have disc-shaped sections corresponding to each other facing the inside and outside of a case 11, are formed on a rigid central part of a case surface 12. The peripheral parts of the case surface 12 is elastic, while four strain gauges 14 are adhered to the inner surface of the case surface so that they contract and expands by dint of a load and equalize in a change in sensitivity in a radial direction. The projection 12' mates a toroidal viscous elastic substance 15, a disc- shaped rigid substance 16, wherein the disc-shaped protrusion 16', functioning as an intermeshing part, is formed on a central part of an upper side, is placed on the substance 15, and a disc-shaped protrusion 16'', which is formed on the under side is fitted in a hole 15' bored in the viscous elastic substance 15. The protrusion 16' is positioned coaxially with the protrusions 12' and 16'', and has a section wider than those of the protrusions 12' and 16''. This permits uniform pressurizing of a whole loading surface even if meshing position is displaced from the center, which results in enabling to perform a reliable measurement.
