Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize the electric detection of a voltage of DC or low frequency approximate to the DC, by mixing the DC and the AC in a certain ratio for the base light and holding a certain amplitude of the modulated light given from a BSO sensor. CONSTITUTION:The outputs of an AC reference voltage source 201 and a DC reference voltage source 202 are synthesized by a synthesizer 203 and in a certain ratio, and the synthesized output is applied to an NFB loop 256 through an AGC205. The output of a light emitting diode E/O207 which is driven by a driving circuit 206 is partially extracted by an optical branching device 208 and reproduced into the electric signal through an O/E209 to be compared with the original electric signal by an adder 210. Thus the error is compensated. Then an output light 211 is fed to a reading part as an input light 212 and compared with the output of the source 201 by an adder 217 via an O/E213 and an AC component extracting circuit 215. And the AGC205 is controlled by the result of comparison.
