CONSTITUTION:An illuminance controlling device 60 is provided with a storage device, in which the maximum illuminance and the minimum illuminance in grouping of the lighting's number of lamps 20 are stored. When an illuminance is set by an display of the number of lights to a lamp operating device 70 according to the set-value. The illuminance controlling device 60 compare the detecting signal from the illuminance detector 80 with the setting signal from the illuminance setting device 90 and send a displaying signal to an operating device 50 until both signals coincide, then makes the lamps 20 move by driving a driving motor 42.
