Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the miniaturization of a leakage transformer part by increasing more than double of sectional area of both lengs the sectional area of the center leg of EE type core and providing an input coil at the center leg and an output coil at both side lengs. CONSTITUTION:The sectional area S1 of the center leg 11 of an EE type soft ferrite core 1 is approximately equalized to the sum of the sectional areas S2, S3 of both side lengs 12, 13 in such a manner that when S2, S3 are equal, S1 2S2, S1 2S3. An input coil 111 is provided at the center leg 11, and output coils 122, 133 are provided at both side lengs 12, 13. The coils 122, 133 are connected to fluorescent lamps. In this manner, only one leakage transformer is used for the lamp. Therefore, the size can be reduced, the number of component parts can be used in the circuit, thereby reducing the occupying rate of the printed circuit board.
