CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical wire net 10 whose both end parts 10a, 10c consist of a prescribed width copper wire, and whose intermediate part 10b consist of a knitted heat resisting stainless steel wire is flattened, a sealing plate 11 is brought into contact with its one surface, and they are formed in one body by a staple. Otherwise, the sealing plate 11 is inserted into the cylindrical wire net 10, and after that, it is pressed and a flat intermediate polymer is molded. Subsequently, the intermediate copolymer is wound around in a ring shape, is compressed in the axial direction, and an exhaust seal 12 is formed.
