A cylindrical unit 4 made of transparent or translucent glass or the like is provided to surround the unit 3, a net cylinder 5 made of metal lath or the like is buried in the unit 4 so that both the inner and outer surfaces are covered with glass or the like. A cover 6 having many vent holes 7 is covered on the unit 4, and a guard 8 made of a plurality of wires is provided between the cover 6 and the body 1. In this manner, the cylinder 5 is heated by the heat from the unit 3, thereby performing mixture heating with the unit 3 and the cylinder 5 as well as utilizing the light from the cylinder 5 as an illumination.
