Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the step of connecting power supply lines by arranging the power supply lines for deflecting a bimorph piezoelectric element in connection on the same planar surface. CONSTITUTION:Piezoelectric ceramic elements 110, 120 are formed, for example, of a PZT- or three-component material. In the element 110, electrodes 21, 22 are crept to the other main surface via the sides. The electrodes 21, 22 are isolated via a slit 7. Similarly, electrodes 23, 24 are formed at the ceramic element 120. The elements 110, 120 with the electrodes 21, 22 and 23, 24 are bonded with adhesive layer 30 to form a bimorph piezoelectric element.
