Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of deformation during the welding of a diaphragm by providing the second portion of a larger thickness than that of the first portion between the first portion to which the edge of the diaphragm is welded and the inner surface of a ring. CONSTITUTION:The second parts 17 and 18 are provided between parts 14 and 15 for welding and rings 12 and 13. The thickness of the second parts 17 and 18 is made larger than that t1 of the parts 14 and 15 for welding, and also the width d2 of the second parts 17 and 18 is designated to about 1/2 to 2 times that d1 of the parts 14 and 15 for welding. When the diaphragm 11 is welded to the parts 14 and 15 by electron beam, the welded part 16 is heated to a high temperature but its temperature gradient becomes gentle because the second part 17 and 18 exist between the parts 14 and 15 and the rings 12 and 13. Thus, the deformation of the parts 14 and 15 can be prevented.
