Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to efficiently adjust piston stroke by a constitution wherein means for sensing the position of hydraulic piston and for increasing or decreasing the oil amount within a closed circuit through change-over valves operated in response to the output signal of said means for sensing the position of hydraulic piston are provided for controlling. CONSTITUTION:The means for sensing the position of hydraulic piston, each of the means of which consists of a magnet 13, reed switches 17 and 18 and the like, are provided in hydraulic pistons 12 and 33 respectively. Said sensing means is so constituted as to change-over the gate cylinder change-over valve 6 by sensing that a piston 12 or 33 reaches to its stroke end and to change-over the main hydraulic cylinder change- over valve 8 by interlocking with the change-over operation of the valve 6. Needle valves 23 and 24 are connected to a hydraulic piping 22, through which high pressure compressed oil is flowed in the closed circuit 21 by opening the needle valve 23 resulting in making the piston stroke longer or flowed out of the closed circuit 21 by opening the neelde valve 24 resulting in making the piston stroke shorter. In such a manner as mentioned above, automatic adjustment of length of piston stroke can be possible and as well as the retreat position of the piston can be kept at constant.
