Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the reception of electromagnetic induction, by reducing a closed loop comprising an input electrode, an output electrode plus a signal conductor and an earth conductor. CONSTITUTION:A surface acoustic wave filter element is formed by an input electrode 22, an output electrode 23 and a shielding electrode which are 24 provided on a piezoelectric substance 21. A terminal 222 of the electrode 22 is connected to an earth conductor 30 via a bonding part 22b. In the same way, a terminal 232 of the electrode 24 is connected to an earth electrode 30, and terminals 231 and 221 are connected to a signal conductor 29, respectively. Accordingly the terminals 222 and 232 are extended to be connected to the terminal 30. As a result, the area of a closed loop is decreased to reduce the reception of the electromagnetic induction.
