The lipid film is crushed by the operation to form fatty corpuscles and selectively incorporate the factor VIII in the fatty corpuscles. In the process, mannitol, etc. is preferably added thereto as a stabilizer for the factor. The factor is then recovered from the fatty corpuscles fractionated by the centrifugation, etc. Soybean lipid or egg yolk lipid is preferred as the lipid. The resultant factor is called an antihemophilic factor A useful for treating patients suffering from the hemophilia A.
