Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution form, by burn-fixing electrodes for electrolysis to the surface of an insulating substance and providing contacts for power supply on the reverse face of this substance and connecting these electrodes and contacts for power supply electrically. CONSTITUTION:An impasted material obtained by kneading 4-10% glass frit together with a conductive base metal such as Pt is adhered to a prescribed position of an insulating substance 1 by a screen printing method or the like and is burn-fixed there to form a pair of left and right electrodes 2 for electrolysis on the surface of the substance 1. By the same method as formation of these electrodes 2 for electrolysis, a pair of left and right contacts 3 for power supply are formed on the reverse face of the substance 1. A conductive paste is coated and burn-fixed on side faces of the substance 1 to complete connection parts 4 which connect electrodes 2 for electrolysis and contacts 3 for power supply electrically.
