Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a structure-plate with sharp and clear-cut pattern by following method in which hardenable foam-urethane is poured on the upper surface of thermoplastic film being placed on the surface of a mold by way of preheated granular material, and the whole materials are formed into the shape of the structure plate. CONSTITUTION:Preheated granular material 3 is sprinkled on the surface 2 of a mold 1. When thermoplastic film 4 is placed on the surface of this granular material 3, the film 3 is softened and deformed along the outline of the granular material 3. Next, hardenable foam-urethane 5 is poured on the surface of said film 4 by an urethane injector 6. The film 4 is pressed downwardly by the weight of injected hardenable foam-urethane and the foaming pressure of the urethane resin, and is deformed for pressure along the outline of the granular material 3. Further, a back side member 7 is laid on the surface of the hardenable foam-urethane 5, and the whole materials are formed into the shape of the structure-plate. After the hardenable foam urethane 5 is caused to foam and is hardened, the granular material which becomes unnecessary is swept away and removed from the film 4.
