Abstract
PURPOSE:To disassemble bricks completely in desired places with good efficiency by placing a ladle on a swiveling table and disassembling its bricks mechanically. CONSTITUTION:After a ladle L to be disassembled of bricks is carried and placed onto a swiveling table 1, a carriage 5 is moved to a disassembling position where it is stopped and fixed. Thence, the extent of forward and backward movement of a moving beam 9 is adjusted with a moving device 12 and the spacing between the lower part of a guide frame and a stanchion 8 is adjusted with a tilting device 19 until the position and posture of the guide frame are brought to the place to disassemble bricks. Thereafter, a breaker is kept driven and in this state a cable cylinder 24 is operated to lower an elevating table 16 and to direct the leading end of a chisel 18 to the breaking start point of the bricks, thereby disassembling the bricks. Since the reaction at the disassembling is received via elastic cushion materials by the table 16, the direct transmission of oscillations and impact to the table 16, the guide frame, the beam 9 and the carriage 5 is obviated and the adverse influence upon the mechanical constitution is reduced.
