Abstract

PURPOSE:To assemble and connect easily a structure in the field, by forming connector parts and a connector part between them in one body simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:Cylindrical pins 1 and pins 2 for alignment of fibers are provided. A plurality of cylindrical pins, for example >=6 pins are arranged close in the axial direction and are fixed by an adhesive or the like. Three pins 2, at least, of them indicated by oblique lines are longer than other pins and are coated with a mold release agent or the like preliminarily to prevent these pins from adhering to other pins. After cylindrical pins 1 are fixed sufficiently by the adhesive or the like, three pins (indicated by oblique lines) are pulled out. A half divided supporting material 3 is fitted to both ends of three pins and is divided into two in the center of cylindrical pins 1 at right angles. Thus, a part 5 corresponding to a connector part and a part 6 for connection of connectors are produced simultaneously by one-body forming.
