Abstract

PURPOSE:To raise the quality of printed letters by lowering viscosity in the ink with a simple construction by leading heat generated in an electronic device that is provided with an ink jet nozzle to the tip of the nozzle with an exhaust fan to heat ink. CONSTITUTION:An ink jet nozzle 7 mounted on a carriage 6 consists of a glass nozzle 18 placed in a nozzle holder 17 and cylinder-shaped piezo electric element 19 that is mounted near the glass nozzle 18, and the rear end of the nozzle 17 is connected to a tube 11, and air is supplied from the exhaust fan F of an air blowing box WB. This exhaust fan F exhausts the air that is heated by the heat generated from the print substrate for calculation in an electronic device or a driver circuit. The heated air heats the ink in the nozzle and the ink is sent out from the outlets 21 and 22 at the tip of the nozzle holder 17.
