Abstract
PURPOSE:To form an iron core having stable securing strength by dipping a temporarily fixed laminated core in coolant resistant solvent type insulating varnish of the prescribed density. CONSTITUTION:After iron core plates punched in the prescribed shape are laminated in the prescribed thickness, they are temporarily fixed by a jig or bolts. Then, they are dipped in coolant resistant solvent type insulating varnish having 25-35% of density, the vaunish is hardened, and temporary fixing is removed. In this case, if the density is less than 25%, varnish immersed between the plates becomes insufficient so that the securing strength is deteriorated. If the density is more than 35%, the varnish is adhered only to the surface of the plates so that the securing strength is deteriorated, and a step of removing excessive varnish is necessary. Accordingly, the core having stable securing strength can be formed by treating it with the coolant resistant solvent type insulating varnish containing 25-35% of density.
