A cathode 6a and an anode are arranged on both sides of the glass tube 2 divided by a partition wall 5. The cathode 6a and the partition wall 5 are electrically connected together with a connecting wire 20. A cap 8 having three pins 7 is sealed to the terminal where a stem plate is sealed.
