Abstract
PURPOSE:To smooth the movement of a high-tension output lead wire and to prevent the flash of resin by a method wherein a thermal shrinking tube is covered a part of a leadout port and a leas wire is heated and the tube is shrunk before filling resin in a case to seal the leadout port. CONSTITUTION:The other end of a high-tension output lead wire 14 connecting an anode cap to one end of the wire 14 is inserted in a case 11 from a high- tension output lead wire leading port 12 covered by a thermal shrinking tube 15 before heating by penetrating in the tube 15. And the tip of the lead wire 14 is connected to the output terminal in a high-tension electrical part 13 and the outside of the case 11. After that, the lead wire 14 is taken out to the anode cap side to house the high-tension electrical part in the case. And the thermal shrinking tube is heated to enclose the high-tension output lead wire leadout port and then the high-tension output lead wire is hardened by pouring resin in the case.
