Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve washing out of air bubbles effectively, by providing a branching part between syringes and a connecting tube connecting said two syringes and also, branching a discharge pipe from said part and connecting a valve and an aspirator. CONSTITUTION:A branching part 15 is provided between a valve of a connecting pipe 14 connecting two syringes and a syringe 9 and a discharge pipe 16 is branched from the part 15 and then, a valve 17 is connected to an aspirator 8. In order to wash out air bubbles, a valve 1 is closed and a valve 8 and the valve 17 are opened, then, bubbles are lead to the aspirator 18. In case when the aspirator 18 is held at the negative pressure, washing liquid flows in this state. In case when the aspirator 18 is actuated, it is operated while the valve 17 is opened. As a result, the pressure of a flowing passage from a washing liquid bath to the aspirator 18 passing through the valve 8, the syringe 9, the pipe 14, the part 15, the valve 17 and the pipe 16, is made negative and the bubbles are expanded and washing-out using a washing liquid is carried out effectively.
