CONSTITUTION:When a handle 17 is turned to lower an annular projection 45 for disconnection from an annular groove 33 in a sleeve 16, a stopper projection 42 formed from a stopper member 35 is selectively engaged with one of some stopper dents 20 of a supporting shaft 13 in association with allowing an up and down motion of the supporting shaft 13. When a sun visor body 12 is caught by hand to move upward or downward, the projection 42 employs its elasticity to allow an up and down movement of the stopper dents 20 in the supporting shaft 13 and rises between those dents 20, that is, provides a rachet-like function and is selectively engaged with one of the stopper dents 20. Therefore, a fine up and down height adjustment of the body 12 may be steplessly made in a range of an adjustment allowance (h).
