Then the cooling water from the header 3b flows separately to the upstream and downstream sides of the rolling material S, and causes an interfering current 5 between the falling position on the material S from both headers 3a, 3b and the mutually colloiding position on the same, because the flowing rate flowing toward the upstream side is larger than that flowing from the same side by DELTAQ/ 2(DELTAQ=Qb-Qa).
