Abstract

PURPOSE:To offer a pipe-line mixer-attaching means which can be easily attached or detached and whose set length can be changed, by attaching the axial- end flange of a pipe-line mixer to a pipe-end flange located at a part where a crude water-inflow pipe is bent at a right angle. CONSTITUTION:A crude water-inflow pipe 21 to feed crude water by a crude water pump 2 is vertically arranged. Another crude water-inflow pipe 22 provided with a pipe-end flange 22a is connected to the top of the crude water-inflow pipe 21 at a right angle. A pipe-line mixer 23 inserted from the side of the pipe- end flange 22a is located inside the crude water-inflow pipe 22. In addition, a threaded surface is formed on the axial end of the pipe-line mixer 23 at its attached side, and an axial-end flange 25 is attached to the pipe-line mixer 23 through a nut 24. As a result, the pipe-line mixer can be easily attached or detached during its maintenance of overhauling, as compared with a conventional means to attach flanges to the both ends of a pipe-line mixer.
