Abstract

PURPOSE:To stabilize an amount of X-ray radiation by providing a trapping film to catch an evaporated material such as a target substance emitted incidentally from an X-ray source. CONSTITUTION:X-rays radiated from a target section 11 reach an object 16 under radiation passing through a trapping film 18 with a high X-ray permeability made from a Be film, a synthetic resin film, a mica film, and an Si film, etc. On the other hand, evaporated Al particles emitted from the target section 11 are caught by the trapping film 18, and do not attach to the surface of the object 16 under radiation. By replacing this trapping film 18 at every radiation or by a rotating action continuously, X-rays during multiple radiations are prevented from reducing.
