CONSTITUTION:To the output part of an inverter circuit 209, the anode and cathode of a light emitting diode 210, a resistance 211, and a DC power source are connected in order, so the light emitting diode 210 turns on only when a signal S4 regarding a code error from a CRC checking circuit is present. A changeover switch 202 has its movable terminal side connected to the output part of a video amplifier 8, one fixed contact connected to one fixed contact of the other changeover switch 203, and the other fixed contact connected to the input part of a video tape recorder 9. The changeover switch 203 has its movable terminal side onnected to the input part of a signal separating circuit 10, one fixed contact connected to one fixed contact of the switch 202, and the other fixed contact connected to the output part of the recorder 9.
