Abstract

PURPOSE:To form a picture without uneven development, by applying magnetic toner on a development sleeve uniformly at all times, through the provision of a development agent supply means and magnetism scraper of specific shape. CONSTITUTION:A development sleeve 2 is provided rotatably with a suitable minute interval to a photoreceptor drum 1.
