Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent contacting between a shroud and a leak-preventing fin, by installing a plate spring in the position that is opposed to the leak-preventing fin on the inside circumferential surface of the shroud, so that the plate spring is bent by pressure of fluid from a flow-out hole. CONSTITUTION:A fluid, extracted from a compressor, passes through a space 8 and a flow-out hole 6 and flows out to an expansion chamber 12. As a movable vane 1 is heated, the movable vane 1 expands in the radial direction. On the other hand, since expansion of a casing 4 in the radial direction is small, a gap between a leak-preventing fin 2a and a plate spring 10 and that between a leak- preventing fin 2b and a plate spring 11 become small. If the gaps become thus small, inside pressure of the expansion chamber 12 rises, and therefore, free ends of the plate springs 10 and 11 bend in the direction of departing from the leak-preventing fins 2a and 2b. As a result, it becomes possible to prevent contacting between the leak-preventing fin and the plate spring.
