PURPOSE:To equalize the frequency characteristics of a video output transistor of each color, by compensating the frequency characteristics of each video output transistors, by an output of a detecting circuit for detecting the cut-off voltage of a color cathode ray tube. CONSTITUTION:Cut-off voltage is detected by operations of a cut-off voltage detecting resistance Ra1 and a cut-off adjusting variable resistance VR12. In accordance with sliding terminal voltage of the cut-off adjusting variable resistance VR12, an emitter current of a video output transistor Q12 is varied, and the collector potential is varied. As a result, an equivalent resistance value of a circuit constituted of a frequency characteristic compensating transistor TR1 and a feedback resistance Rb1 is varied.
