PURPOSE:To effectively improve deterioration speed of liquid crystal and to remarkably increase yield rate, by cleaning an objective to be cleaned for electrooptic display device through the use of a stainless steel-made rinsing tool. CONSTITUTION:In rinsing an objective to be cleaned for electrooptic display device, a stainless steel-made rinsing tool is used. As conventional ringing tools, iron, copper, aluminum and resin such as polypropylene and polyethylene are used. But they are eluted into a rinse liquid while the tool is repetitively used, and the eluted content acts as an impurity for liquid crystal. Thus, the stability of liquid crystal with the lapse of time is not enough. When the tool made of resin only is used, it deforms at a heat treatment process and objective to be cleaned loaded in the tool drops off or can not be taken out, causing reduction in yield rate. The inconvenience can be avoided by using a stainless steel-made tool.
