Abstract

PURPOSE: To effectuate good dust-collecting fuction of a moving bed type dust collector even when a medium is circulated by connecting a dust separator by which a substance to be treated is kept in a fluidized state and dust clumps are crushed and separated to the dust collector for making the separation of dust complete.
CONSTITUTION: A medium 6 with dust is sent through a feed pipe 19 from a moving bed type dust collector and supplied through a supply port 2 into a dust collector body 1, while a gas is blown into a gas supply port 4, whereupon the medium 6 is made to form a fluidized layer 60 by the gas ascending through a medium supporter 11, the medium particles collide with one another to separate dust from the particles, the finely divided dust is sent with the gas from a discharge port 5 to a dust collector 9. The medium 7 deprived of dust is gradually discharged from a medium discharge port 3.
