Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve anticorrosive and antiabrasive properties of powder surface by forming the powder-rubbing surface of a cyclone type separator by using concrete.
CONSTITUTION: The main body of a cyclone type separator is formed by using concrete 6. The inner surface 5 is formed by the concrete surface to increase the anticorrosive property and the coarse degree of the surface, whereby powder adheres to the inner surface 5. Thus, the possibility that the inner surface 5 is rubbed directly by the powder, can be lowered. The antiabrasive property of the inner surface 5 is increased by a buffer action of the powder which adhere to the inner surface. The powder which fall down the inner surface 5 while rubbing the surface 5 and are separated from a cycling gas stream, are discharged from a falling port 3 to the outside of the separator. The gas stream from which powder is separated, turns upwardly at the central part of the main body and ascends, whereby the gas stream is discharged from a gas stream outlet 3 to the outside of the separator.
