Abstract

PURPOSE:To make coupling in a cassette surely, by moving a reel drive mechanism to an operating position in relation with the movement of the cassette to the operating position. CONSTITUTION:When a cassette housing is lowered down, a pin 18 is pushed down against a spring 17 with the bottom surface 16, and a pin 19 incorporated with the pin 18 is pushed down. Thus, a driving force transmission piece 21 turns to a pin 23 with an attractive force of a spring 22 by taking a shaft 20 at the center. Thus, gears 25, 26 borne to the piece 21 gear respectively with a gear of lower flange of a winding reel 5 and a gear borne to a chassis.
