CONSTITUTION:A responding body 27 is moved downward by pressure-feeding the liquid within a primary chamber 24 to a secondary chamber 25 by means of an electromagnetic pump 22 driven by the signal from a driving circuit 9. If the pressure within the secondary chamber 25 lowers, the responding body 27 ascends. On the other hand, a pressure sensor 6 detects the pressure within an outlet passage 4 and supplies the output signal corresponding to the detected value of said pressure to a comparator 8, which compares the output signal of the pressure sensor 6 with the set value SP given from outside and supplies the deviation signal corresponding to the difference between said output signal of the pressure sensor 6 and the set value SP to the driving circuit 9 in order to control the position of a valve body 1 through an actuator 2.
