Abstract
PURPOSE:To control actual flow rate toward the set value of flow rate by a method wherein a controlling valve is connected with a flow sensor and controlled so as to minimize the deviation between the flow rate detected by the outputted signal from the flow sensor and the set value of flow rate. CONSTITUTION:When the valtage of setting signal SP is set to the value corresponding to desired flow rate, a comparator 27 supplys a deviation signal derived from the difference between the voltage signal of an integrator 26 and the setting signal SP to a driving circuit 28. The driving circuit 28 supplies the driving signal inverse to the amount of said deviation signal to a coil 12. Owing to the driving signal supplied to the coil 12, an electromagnetic pump 11 sends pressureized oil to a pressure chamber 16, resulting in pushing down a valve body 8 in order to open a port 7 so as to obtain the flow rate in response to the driving signal. In such a manner as mentioned above, the gas G is supplied through an input passage 5 and an output passage 6 to the site not shown here and at the same time gives magnetic flux change to a Hall element 23 which enables an input circuit 25 to output pulse signal.
