Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce cost of facilities for car inspection and improve work efficiency by using a moving system with a truck which has a concave to accommodate car wheels and is free of movement on rails on the floor in combination with a car inspection and maintenance system using a hanger. CONSTITUTION:A body 1 of a truck 10 is composed of four bases 1a with concaves 2 to accommodate wheels 8a of a car 8, a connecting rod 1b to connect the bases 1a, and wheels 3 attached beheath them. Car inspection and maintenance facilities consist of an washing area, the first inspection and maintenance areas B,C, and the second inspection and maintenance areas D,E, and car hangers 5a, 5b are hanged free of movement from a transfer rail 4 suspended between the first inspection and maintenance area B,C.
