Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the position detection error due to the difference of a phase constant, by detecting the position of a moving material only on a basis of amplitude information of the envelop of a voltage induced between respective conductors. CONSTITUTION:Voltages induced among conductors 1, 2, and 3 of an inductive radio line pass through buffer amplifiers 7a, 7b, and 7c and have noise voltages eliminated by filters 8a, 8b, and 8c, and output voltages of square-low detecting circuits 9a, 9b, and 9c are subtracted from these voltages by circuits 10a, 10b, and 10c. The carrier from a power source 14 is modulated by circuits 11a, 11b, and 11c, and the output of the circuit 11a is inputted to an adding circuit 13 as it is, and outputs of circuits 11b and 11c have phases shifted by +120 deg. and -120 deg. by circuits 12b and 12c respectively and are inputted to the adding circuit 13. An antiphase voltage is outputted from the adding circuit, and the phase differece between the carrier and the antiphase voltage is operated by a phase meter 15, thereby detecting the position of moving material.
