Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize automatic switching of a cassette device to the broadcast reception by changeover of AM and FM switches, by giving a stop control to a tape recorder with the coincidence of the tape play output with the output of AM and FM switches. CONSTITUTION:A radio control circuit LC that always receives a supply of power from a power source BVCC and holds the outputs corresponding to the outputs of various function switches S2-S4, an off-switch S1 and a tape play switch S5 in a radio mode. The FF1-FF3 are set by the outputs of the sound record, quick forward and rewind switches S6-S8, reset by the outputs of other switches including S1 and perform the sound record, quick forward and rewind controls by the set output. A gate G2 obtains a coincidence between the outputs of AM and FM switches S3 and S4 and the tape play output of the circuit LC and gives a stop control to the cassette device with the output of coincidence. Then automatically switched to the AM and FM reception mode just by operating the switches S3 and S4 in the tape play mode.
