Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform cooling by which ideal directional solidification is achieved by setting the degrees of influence that respective cooling nozzles give upon respective measuring points for die temp. and the degrees of individual importance of the respective measuring points. CONSTITUTION:The measured values of plural temp. sensors 16 are detected at every diagnosis time, and are compared with a device 20, by which over-or under-cooling is decided and is displayed in a device 21. Here, the device 20 first combines the degrees alphaa-alphae of importance of the decision at diagnosis times ta-te in terms of timings for directional solidification.
