CONSTITUTION:From outside into the small hole (a) is inserted a plug 8, which has a major diameter part being smaller than the minor diameter of a tapered small hole (a), a length being smaller than the wall thickness of a cylinder 4, and tapered outer surface S with a taper angle near the taper angle of the tapered small hole (a) and which is equipped with a bolt A in linkage on its minor diameter side.
