Abstract
PURPOSE:To carry out high-precision measurement which provides deviation-free test results, by using a slow-speed load mechanism and by sending a compression destruction load by a very-small-pressure measuring device. CONSTITUTION:A sample monitoring device 1 is fitted on a base 5 and so adjusted that granular powder extracted by a sample extracting device 2 from a sample- charged container 3 onto a needle 4 for holding the sample. Similarly, a supporting device 6 is fitted via a guide groove 8 so that it is movable to left and right on the top surface of the base through a very-slow-speed driving device 7. On the device 6, a very-slow-speed load mechanism 10 having a very-small-pressure measuring device 9 is held by a clamping bolt 11, and the mechanism 10 consists of a position adjusting screw 12, a very-slow-speed driving motor 13, and the device 9. The device 9 is coupled with a converter 15 via a connection line 14 and further led to a recorder 16 to measure and record the size of the granular powder and a compression destruction load simultaneously.
