Abstract
PURPOSE:To avoid the sudden fluctuation of an exciter, by switching plural static load items that control an actuator so as to set the deviation between the control target value and the feedback detection value at zero at a time point when the deviation signal is at zero. CONSTITUTION:When a displacement feedback selection signal S(a) is supplied, an up-down counter 16a works until coincidence is obtained between the output EDC(a) of a static reference value setting part 15a and a displacement feedback signal EFB(a). Then a comparator 18a delivers an output with a D/A conversion 17a, and the couter 16a discontinues its counting with the count value held as it is. A reference value setting part 15b of the load also delivers a reference value signal EDC(b). The signals EDC(a)-(b) are added in the adverse polarity with the signals EFB(a)-(b) through an analog adders 22a and 22b to be connected to an electronic switch 23. The output of the switch 23 is added with the output EAC of a dynamic reference value setter 8 to be supplied to a servo valve 10. A switch part 24 is switched by the triggering of static reference value setting parts 15a and 15b. In such way, the sudden fluctuation due to the switching can be avoided to prevent a breakdown.
